01

Register

Submit the batch code, purchase details, quantity and owner information before an issue is discovered or a support request is made.

02

Activation

Coverage begins only after Yes We Can validates and accepts the registration. A form submission by itself is not an activation decision.

03

Store & inspect

Keep the cans unopened, undamaged and within the current written storage and inspection guidance.

04

Request support

If an eligible registered batch may no longer meet the applicable product specification, contact us before opening, discarding or returning it.

Effective date: July 15, 2026
Program provider: Yes We Can Drinks
01

Nature of the Program

The Registered Batch Support Program (the “Program”) is a voluntary, registration-based product-support benefit offered by Yes We Can Drinks for eligible Emergency Water products. It is not an insurance policy, emergency-response service, guarantee of uninterrupted water access, or promise that any product will remain suitable for an unlimited or unspecified period.

The Program is separate from any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or made conditional on registration.

02

Activation requires accepted registration

The Program applies only to the specific product, production batch and quantity identified in a registration that Yes We Can has validated and accepted. Registration requires the information requested on the registration form, including the batch or production code, purchase date and source, quantity, owner contact information and proof of purchase when requested.

A submitted form is a request to activate the Program; it is not confirmation of activation. Coverage begins when Yes We Can confirms that the registration is complete and valid. Registration completed after an issue is discovered, package damage is observed or a support request is started does not activate Program coverage for that existing issue.

Registration is free. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of activation.

03

Eligibility conditions

To remain eligible under the Program:

  • the claimant must be the registered owner or an authorized representative;
  • the product must be genuine Yes We Can Emergency Water covered by an accepted registration;
  • the batch code must remain present, legible and match the registration record;
  • the cans must remain unopened and available for inspection, photography, testing or return if requested;
  • proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of storage conditions must be provided when requested; and
  • the product must have been stored, handled and inspected in accordance with the written guidance applicable to that batch.

The applicable Program period, if any, is the period expressly stated in the written activation confirmation or batch-specific Program record. No other period should be inferred from this page, marketing language, product name or product handle.

04

Program benefit

If Yes We Can determines, after a reasonable review, that eligible registered and unopened product does not meet the applicable batch specification during its confirmed Program period, Yes We Can may provide replacement product of the same or a reasonably comparable type and quantity.

If replacement is not reasonably available, Yes We Can may instead provide store credit or reimburse the original purchase price of the affected eligible product. The remedy is selected by Yes We Can, subject to applicable law. The Program does not provide cash value beyond an approved reimbursement and does not cover products that pass the applicable review or testing.

05

What the Program does not cover

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Program does not cover:

  • opened, consumed, altered, relabelled, counterfeit or unidentifiable product;
  • dented, punctured, leaking, swollen, rusted, corroded or otherwise damaged cans where the damage occurred after delivery;
  • damage or deterioration caused by improper storage, temperature exposure, freezing, heat, moisture, chemicals, impact, pests, fire, flood, disaster, transport or other external conditions;
  • normal cosmetic variation that does not affect package integrity or the applicable product specification;
  • product acquired without valid proof of purchase, through theft, unauthorized resale or in a jurisdiction where the Program was not offered;
  • a request based only on taste preference, change of mind or an unsupported assumption about product life; or
  • costs associated with emergency planning, substitute water, business interruption, disposal, labour, travel, accommodation or third-party services.
06

How to request support

  1. Do not open, consume, discard or ship the affected product.
  2. Contact Yes We Can through the website and choose “Batch registration or product support.”
  3. Provide the registration details, batch code, proof of purchase, quantity affected, clear photographs and a description of storage and package condition.
  4. Follow the inspection, sample or return instructions provided by Yes We Can. Do not send product without authorization.

Yes We Can may request additional information, inspect the product or arrange testing before making a decision. A replacement or other Program benefit is not approved until confirmed in writing.

07

Limits of the voluntary Program

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the remedy described in section 4 is the sole benefit available under this voluntary Program. Yes We Can is not liable under the Program for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of use, business interruption, emergency-response expense or the cost of substitute supplies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yes We Can’s aggregate liability arising from the voluntary Program will not exceed the original purchase price of the affected eligible product. These Program limits do not apply where, and only to the extent that, applicable law prohibits their exclusion or limitation.

Emergency Water should form only one part of a broader emergency plan. Customers remain responsible for determining appropriate quantities, monitoring package condition, following current public guidance and maintaining alternative arrangements.

08

Statutory and other consumer rights

Nothing in this Program excludes, restricts, waives or replaces a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or made conditional on registration. Consumers may have statutory rights concerning product quality, misleading representations or other matters regardless of whether the product was registered.

If any Program provision conflicts with a mandatory law, that law controls and the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.

09

Registration information and privacy

Registration information may be used to validate ownership, administer the Program, maintain traceability, investigate product or batch issues and send safety- or product-related communications. It is handled under the current Privacy Policy.

Program communications are separate from promotional email. Registering a product does not subscribe the owner to marketing.

10

Administration and governing law

Yes We Can may verify information, refuse fraudulent or incomplete requests and correct administrative errors. The version of the Program terms in effect when a registration is accepted governs that registration, except that safety notices and changes required by law apply when issued.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply based on the customer’s location, the Program is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Questions about the Program can be submitted through the Contact page.
